POLICY

To ensure a positive, efficient, and enjoyable experience for all my clients, please review the following policies before booking an appointment:


Late Arrivals

A 15-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive later, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.


No Overlapping Products

I only work with soft gel products and do not work over acrylic, dip, or poly gel. Removal of existing gel from another tech may incur an additional fee ($10–$20).


Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made less than 4 hours before your appointment will forfeit your deposit. No-shows may be blocked from future bookings.


Nail Art

Nail art must be booked in addition to your base service. Pricing varies by complexity. Please send inspo images in advance for an accurate quote.


Food

For health and safety reasons, please refrain from bringing food to your appointment.


Mobile Appointments

Mobile appointments must be booked via email or DM (not through the online booking system). A deposit is required to secure mobile appointments, and a travel/setup fee will be invoiced based on your location. The remaining service balance is due at the time of your appointment.


Payments

Accepted: cash, debit, credit (except Amex), and e-transfer.
